Owner-Managed Construction

Adam is on every job, every week, treated like it's his own home.

When you hire AIM Homes, you don't get filtered through layers of project managers or junior estimators. You get the owner. Adam personally manages every project from kickoff to handover, walks the site weekly, and answers your texts directly. That's the difference between a contractor and a craftsman.

Marble, slab quartzite, hand-set tile, mitered edges, full-height shower walls.

Primary bathroom shower with fixtures

Plumbing & fixtures

Thermostatic shower systems, rain heads, body jets, smart toilets. Permitted rough-in.

2nd floor primary bathroom with natural light

Heated floors & comfort

Recent Work

A look at recent projects.

Primary bathroom with full-height tiled shower

Waterproofing & Pans

The work behind the tile is what makes it last.

Pre-slope, sheet membrane or Schluter, curb detailing, and full-height waterproofing in any wet zone. A beautifully tiled shower with a bad pan beneath is a slow-motion failure. We over-detail the substrate so the surface stays beautiful for decades.

Bathroom finish detail with stone and tile

Stone & Hand-Set Tile

Detailed by us, never delegated to a generic tile crew.

Mitered stone edges, slab walls, hand-set mosaics, full-height shower runs, and tight grout lines. The same eye that selects the slab supervises the cuts. Bookmatched stone and trim transitions are walked on-site, not left to interpretation.

Comfort & Systems

Heated floors, real ventilation, considered lighting.

Radiant floor heat under stone or tile, towel warmers, heated mirrors, steam showers with proper drainage, exhaust ventilation actually sized for the room. Lighting layered for a 6 a.m. shave and a candle-lit soak: recessed, sconce, vanity, accent.

Our Approach

A clear path from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

01

Walkthrough

Adam visits your bathroom, measures, and listens. We talk about what's not working today and what your morning routine deserves.

02

Design

Floor plans, fixture and finish boards, and a fixed-fee proposal. Adjust the plan before signing. Once signed, the number is the number.

03

Build

Demo, plumbing rough-in, waterproofing, tile, vanities, fixtures, paint. Weekly site walks and a clean job site every Friday.

04

Handover

Final walkthrough, system training, and a written warranty. We follow up on every punch-list item until the work meets our standard.

Built to last

A warranty you can actually read.

After handover, we're still a phone call away, not a contract looking for loopholes. Same family-owned team that built it shows up if something needs attention.

  • Written warranty walked through at handover, not buried in a binder.
  • One team accountable long after you move back in.
  • Responsive follow-up on punch-list items, as long as it takes.

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

How long does a typical bathroom take?

A powder room or guest bath runs 4–6 weeks. A primary suite (especially with structural changes, steam shower, or freestanding tub) runs 8–14 weeks. Heavily customized stone work can extend that. We give you a realistic schedule before contract.

Can you move plumbing or relocate the layout?

Yes. Toilet, shower, and tub relocations all happen routinely. We pull plumbing permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with the structural team if any joists or load-bearing walls are affected.

Do you handle the design and finish selection?

Yes. We provide finish boards, plumbing fixture selection, lighting plans, vanity drawings, and stone selection assistance. If you have a designer already, we work directly with them.

Will I lose access to the bathroom during the build?

Yes, for the demo and rough-in phase. If it's your only bathroom, we coordinate timing carefully and can sometimes phase the work to keep it usable for parts of the project.

What about steam showers, body jets, or smart features?

Standard for us. We size steam generators, plan dedicated drains, run low-voltage for smart toilets and heated mirrors, and integrate with home AV or lighting control if you have it.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every project includes a written warranty walked through at handover. Same family-owned team that built it answers the phone if something needs attention.
